Founded by Alexander A. a NREMT-P — a working paramedic who built EMS Kitchen after watching colleagues fall through the cracks with no safety net. When a paramedic falls, there is often no fund, no safety net, and no system built to catch them. EMS Kitchen is the bridge. 9.11% of every dollar of net profit goes directly to local EMS agencies, mental health resources, and emergency family funds — permanently, publicly tracked under our Open Book Policy.
